Terms and conditions

Investyz LTD (Investyz) is a company that has been formed to source and provide property investment deals, mainly from new build developments. Within 72 hours of the reservation of the property a fee has to be paid to Investyz as follow: Investyz Gold option:
- 1000 euros, refundable within 3 to 6 months after completion date. This service includes:
- Expert property consultancy
- Dedicated account manger
- 1 year post-completion support

Investyz Premium option:
- 500 euros, non-refundable. This service includes:
- Expert property consultancy
- Dedicated account manager
- Unlimited post-completion support
- Help arranging local financing (if needed)
- One hour consultation with a fully independent qualified French lawyer

In order that there will be no misunderstanding between Investyz LTD and you the Customer, the following terms and conditions apply to any transaction that you enter into:
- Investyz cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred by the Customer as it is the Customers responsibility to take all appropriate advice, including legal advice, before the Customer commits to the purchase of any property.
- No Customer shall approach the Developer without first obtaining the permission of Investyz LTD, such permission shall not to be unreasonably withheld.
- Investyz accepts no responsibility to the extent permitted by law for any errors, omissions or inaccuracies in any of the information of any kind or for any loss arising from the use of or any action taken in reliance on any information.
- For the avoidance of any doubt, the Customer will in due course be required to comply with Money Laundering Regulations and give details of the identity as may be appropriate to any Legal or Financial Advisor.
- The Client Fee shall be payable within 72 hours of reserving your chosen property, failure to comply with this condition shall result in your chosen property being re-offered to other customers without further consultation.
